At CHALK INTERIORS, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
