We offer specialized white-glove delivery for all large furniture pieces to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, while custom orders may take 4-6 weeks.
Can I return a decor item if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Do you offer interior design consultations?
Absolutely. CHALK INTERIORS provides complimentary 15-minute virtual consultations to help you select the perfect pieces for your home. Full room design packages are also available for purchase.
What materials are used in your signature collections?
We prioritize sustainability and quality, using solid hardwoods, organic linens, and low-VOC finishes. Detailed material specifications can be found on each individual product page.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal. You can also track your status directly through your account dashboard.
Do you provide swatches for upholstery fabrics?
Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches for our sofas and armchairs. You can order up to five swatches via our 'Request a Swatch' page to see the colors and textures in your own lighting.
